Bookings will require a deposit of the first nights accommodation.

Bookings that are cancelled within 2 days of scheduled arrival attract an administrative fee equal to the first night's accommodation. Outside of this an administration and cancellation processing fee of $25.00 per booked room will apply.

Direct internet bookings through this site attract the discounted rates below. There are no discounts during special events (eg. Clipsal 500 etc)
